Under 5s

Great Finborough and Buxhall Under 5’s is a well-established, friendly and welcoming pre-school offering term time childcare and education for children aged 2 to 4.

Based in the centre of Great Finborough, within the village hall, we provide a safe and caring environment where the children can learn through play, have fun and interact with others.

We are a small calm and nurturing setting. We have a wide selection of toys and equipment to support all ages and abilities. Our staff are highly experienced, qualified and passionate about working with young children. We develop strong parent, child and staff relationships.

We have our own purposely decorated and child friendly pre-school room and outdoor space.

We have close links with the village CEVC primary school and other local schools. As well as close links with the village community, especially with Finborough court care home where the residents and our children have beautiful interactions with each other.

The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, they are always willing to help and offer support to both the children and parents. The termly fundraising events are great fun and also involve the local community, which is lovely. My daughter has grown in confidence and is really thriving since attending the preschool, she absolutely loves it. She has a great group of friends and asks every day if she can go to preschool! She also has type 1 diabetes, and the staff have been absolutely amazing in learning how to look after her.
