Garden Club

Great Finborough & District Garden Club                              

 

The Garden club was formed with the aims of the club is to promote an increased knowledge of gardening and to encourage an increased knowledge of gardening and to encourage good cultivation by:

 

• Holding meetings for talks, discussions and demonstrations
• Encouraging visits to local gardens and other venues of horticultural interest
• Maintaining information on topics of interest to local gardeners.

 

To keep up with the aims the club has a lively programme of events including a summer BBQ and a Christmas party. The club also runs an open gardens event every two years with all the proceeds raised being donated to charity.

 

Membership is open to all in the village.

 

The club is run by a committee whose members are:
